SUNY Cortland senior Lauryn Kaznowski (Kingston) and her brother, freshman Kyle Kaznowski (Kingston), have been named the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Women’s and Men’s Divers of the Week for the week ending Dec. 13.
Lauryn finished first in one diving event and second on the other, both on the one-meter board, in Cortland’s dual-meet victory at Oneonta last Friday. She scored 139 points in her winning effort and posted a score of 192.50 for her runner-up finish.
Kyle turned in practically an identical effort as his sister to help Cortland’s men win at Oneonta. He won one diving event with a score of 161.25 points and finished second in the other with 250.80 points. Both events were also on the one-meter board.
