The SUNY Cortland men's lacrosse team will be holding its second annual Cortland Lacrosse Alumni and Supporters Golf Tournament on Friday, Oct. 2, 2009 at the Elm Tree Golf Course on Route 13 in Cortland. All proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Cortland men's lacrosse program.
The entry fee is $75 per person ($300 per foursome) and includes prizes for first and second place as well as longest drive and closest to the pin contests. Skins will also be available at $20 per team. A cook your own steak dinner follows the golf, and a silent auction for Cortland memorabilia will be held.
The tournament begins with a 1 p.m. shotgun start. Interested participants are asked to RSVP by Sept. 23, 2008. For more information, contact Cortland assistant coach Mike Abbott at
