Courtney Mangini won balance beam with a career-high 9.70
BROCKPORT, N.Y. – Nationally fourth-ranked Cortland posted a season-high score in its 187.725-186.925 victory at second-ranked Brockport. The contest was the final dual meet of the season for both squads.

Freshman Courtney Mangini (Dix Hills/Commack) finished first on balance beam with a career-high 9.70. She also placed fourth on floor exercise (9.65) and fourth in the all-around (36.825). Sophomore Amanda Recor (Lancaster) posted two career bests as she tied for first on vault (9.625) and finished second on balance beam (9.675). She also finished sixth on floor exercise (9.60).

Sophomore Sarah Nadrowski (Tonawanda/Kenmore East) placed in the top three in three individual events. She finished second on floor exercise (9.725) and tied for third on both vault (9.575) and uneven bars (9.40). She ended second in the all-around with a 37.95.

Junior Marissa Goodstein (Toms River, NJ/Toms River North) tied for third on vault (9.575) and junior Ashley Fleming (Holbrook/Sachem East) tied for fifth in the event (9.325). Senior Kasey Cutler (East Hampton, CT) finished fifth on uneven bars (9.275), freshman Stephanie Sladky (East Islip) was fifth on floor exercise (9.625), senior Elisabeth Roberge (Southington, CT) finished sixth on uneven bars (9.20) and sophomore Annelise Hoffman (Pine Plains/Stissing Mountain) tied for sixth on balance beam (9.25).

Brockport's Kaitlin Dewey won floor exercise (9.825), uneven bars (9.70) and the all-around (38.125), and tied for first with Recor on vault (9.625). Elizabeth Levy finished second on bars (9.45) and was third on both floor (9.675) and the all-around (37.90).

Cortland will host the ECAC Div. III Championships on Saturday, March 5. The seven-team ECAC meet will consist of two sessions at 12 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Cortland, Ithaca and Ursinus will compete in the 4:30 p.m. session, with Brockport, Springfield, Rhode Island College and Wilson in the noon session. The top three team finishers will advance to the NCGA Div. III Championships in Eau Claire, Wis., March 25-26.
