The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has recognized 92 SUNY Cortland fall sports student-athletes on its All-Academic and Commissioner's List teams for the 2012 season.

Athletes earn a spot on the All-Academic List by recording at least a 3.3 grade point average during the most recent semester and are chosen to the Commissioner's List if they have at least a cumulative 3.3 grade point average over the past three semesters combined.

The 92 Cortland selections include 21 women's cross country runners, 13 football players, 12 women's soccer players, 11 men's cross country runners, 11 field hockey players, eight men's soccer players, eight women's volleyball players, four women's tennis players and four women's golfers.
