ITHACA, N.Y. - Emily Nagy (Merrimack, NH) earned two top-eight finishes, including a fifth-place balance beam showing with a career-high tying score, and Rachel Filipski (Lancaster) and McKenna Passalacqua (Whitesboro) finished fourth and sixth, respectively, on vault as Cortland competed in a tri-meet with Division I Ivy League schools Cornell and Penn.

Penn finished with a team score of 190.80 to barely edge the host Big Red's 190.45. Cortland finished with a 184.725.

Nagy matched her career best score of beam with a 9.65 to tie for fifth place out of 18 competitors. She was the top Red Dragon on uneven bars with a 9.525. Filipski recorded a 9.525 on vault for her fourth-place finish, with Passalacqua tying for sixth place with a 9.45.

Arianna Turso (Brick, NJ/Brick Memorial) and Lindsay Riggs (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA/Trabuco Hills) were Cortland's top performers on floor exercise. They were part of a three-way tie for 10th place with scores of 9.40. For the freshman Riggs, it was her best collegiate score in the event.

Amanda Scanlon (Glastonbury, CT) competed in the all-around for the first time this seasons and finished with a score of 36.25 as one of two four-event performers at the meet.

Ally Podsednik of Penn won vault with a 9.625 and Kaitlin Green of Cornell was the uneven bars winner with a 9.75. Penn's Rachel Graham won beam with a 9.85 and Kyra Levi, also of Penn, won floor exercise with a 9.75. Cornell's Lyanda Dudley scored a 38.20 in the all-around.

Cortland will host Division I Air Force Academy on Friday, Feb. 12, at 6:30 p.m. at Corey Gym.
