Page was associated with Westmoreland Central High School near Utica for 31 years until he retired in 1977. He was director of athletics, director of physical education and coached at the junior and senior high school level for 27 years. His teams earned a total of 77 league and sectional championships including 8 in football, 5 in basketball, 16 in volleyball, 6 in baseball and 18 in track.
In 1970, Page received the New York State Coaches Association Section III Honor Award. He served as chairman of minor sports in Section III, was president of the Intern-Valley League, and served as track chairman for the league.
