Stephen won all four of his matches at the Budd Whitehill Division III Duals at Lycoming College in Pennsylvania Friday and Saturday. Ranked eighth nationally in Division III at 141 pounds, Perez improved his record to 20-4 on the season and 8-0 in dual matches.
