Justin was named the NJAC Special Teams Player of the Week after scoring two touchdowns on returns in a 35-6 victory over Western Connecticut State. He returned the second half opening kickoff 79 yards for a score and brought back a punt 59 yards for a touchdown early in the fourth quarter. He is the first Cortland player in 76 years to return both a kickoff and a punt for touchdowns in the same game.
