Scott was named the MVP of the SUNYAC Baseball Tournament after earning the win on the mound in Cortland’s 8-6 victory over Oswego in the winner-take-all Game 3 of the best-of-3 finals. He entered the game with two outs in the second and Cortland trailing 5-1 and allowed only one unearned run on five hits with no walks and three strikeouts over the final seven and a third innings.
