Dane earned All-America honors with a fifth-place finish in the pole vault at the NCAA Division III Men’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Greensboro. He matched his personal best in the event by clearing 4.90 meters (16’ 0.75”), and he helped Cortland tie for 30th place in the final team standings.
