In a season-opening 12-0 home victory versus Russel Sage, Ettere recorded nine points on three goals and three assists. The nine points are the most by a Cortland freshman in a single game since at least the 1991 season and possibly in the history of the program. She then tallied two goals as Cortland defeated Montclair St., 3-1, on the road.
