Mike finished in fourth place out of 100 runners at the SUNYAC Men’s Cross Country Championships, hosted by Cortland at Dwyer Memorial Park in Preble. Verde covered the muddy 8,000-meter course in 27 minutes, 14 seconds to earn first team All-SUNYAC honors and a spot in the SUNYAC Men’s Cross Country Hall of Fame. He helped the Red Dragons finish second in the final team standings.
