Ryan broke a 14-year-old school record in the 3,000 meters by almost five seconds with his time of 8:24.83 at the Cornell University Marc Deneault Invitational Saturday. He was the top collegiate finisher in the race, and his time currently ranks second in the All-Atlantic Region Track and Field Conference (AARTFC) and the SUNYAC.
