Khalifah was Cortland’s top finisher at the Rowan Inter-Region Border Battle with a 44th-place showing out of 308 runners. She covered the 6,000-meter course in 23 minutes, 36.2 seconds, and helped the Red Dragons place 12th out of 36 teams at the event.
