Amarian earned first-team All-America honors with a seventh-place finish in the triple jump at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships in Virginia Beach. He recorded a distance of 14.66 meters (48’ 1.25”) on his final attempt to move from eighth to seventh place.
