Danny was chosen as SUNYAC Tournament MVP after hitting .600 (12-for-20) with a homer, two doubles and five RBI is six conference playoff games, spanning two weekends. He was 6-for-10 in both the semifinal series versus Oneonta and the championship series against Oswego, and he handled 27 fielding chances (eight putouts, 19 assists) without an error. Jackson’s bases-loaded RBI single in the bottom of the ninth gave Cortland a 4-3 win over Oswego in the deciding winner-take-all championship game.
