Alyson earned All-America honors with a 31st-place finish out of 279 runners at the NCAA Div. III Women's Cross Country Championships in Iowa. She covered the 6,000-meter course in 21:42.5. Dalton's finish helped Cortland place 15th in the final team standings - the Red Dragons' 20th top-20 national showing.
