Kristen won two individual event titles to help Cortland capture the State University of New York Athletic Conference Women's Outdoor Track and Field team championship in Geneseo. She won the high jump by clearing 1.65 meters (5' 5") and was the javelin champion with a throw of 35.34 meters (115' 11").
