Amber scored her first career goal with no time on the clock to give Cortland a 3-2 victory at Geneseo. She scored on a loose-ball scramble in front of the cage during a Cortland penalty corner to give the nationally 15th-ranked Red Dragons the win. Czaja was named the SUNYAC Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Week for her performance.
