Scott was selected as the SUNYAC Men's Lacrosse Tournament Most Valuable Player after helping Cortland win its seventh straight league crown. He made 13 saves and allowed only one goal in a 15-3 semifinal win over Oneonta and registered nine saves in an 11-10 victory versus Plattsburgh in the finals. Tota finished with a .667 save percentage and 6.29 GAA in the two tournament games.
