Dawan placed second of 21 in the triple jump and third of 36 in the long jump at the Ramapo Roadrunner Invitational, both with ECAC-qualifying distances. His triple jump of 14.03 meters (46' 0.5") ranks sixth nationally, and he registered a long jump of 6.68 meters (21' 11"). Jones was named the SUNYAC Men's Field Athlete of the Week.
