Emma was named the Most Outstanding Player at the NCAA Div. III Women's Lacrosse Final Four after helping Cortland win its first national title. She recorded two goals and an assist and won nine draw controls in a 19-12 semifinal victory over Middlebury. In the title game, Hayes-Hurley totaled two goals and two assists and won three draws in a 17-6 win versus Trinity (Conn.).
