Lou won the 174-pound weight class at the York (Pa.) New Standard Corporation Invitational and was named ECWC Co-Wrestler of the Week. Ranked fifth nationally, he posted a 5-0 record, including an 11-4 win over the eighth-ranked wrestler in the semifinals and a pin over the seventh-ranked wrestler in the finals. In the process, he became the ninth wrestler in school history to reach 100 career wins (currently 100-27).
