Kailyn won two races at the Utica College Jen and Todd Hutton Invitational. Her winning time of 2:20.54 in the 800-meter run currently ranks second nationally in Div. III, and her winning time of 5:11.67 in the mile currently places her third nationally. Both of her efforts are also ECAC Div. III Championship qualifiers, and she was named ECAC Div. III Upstate N.Y. Women's Track and Field Athlete of the Week.
