Amaan was chosen as the Men's Track Athlete of the Meet at the SUNYAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, hosted by Cortland. He set new school and meet records and automatically qualified for nationals with his winning times in the 100-meter dash (10.37) and 200-meter dash (21.04). His 100-meter time is also a new conference record. Cortland won its second straight league title and sixth in the last eight years.
