SUNY Cortland Athletics

Devin recorded three goals and three assists in two NCAA Division III playoff games for the Red Dragons. He scored a goal and assisted on two others, and added two ground balls,  in a 13-5 first-round win at Western New England University. Phelps then led Cortland with two goals and an assist in a second-round loss at two-time defending national champion Tufts.
