Steven was named the Most Valuable Player at the NCAA Baseball Division III New York Regional after batting .409 (9-for-22) with a .909 slugging percentage in five games. He finished the regional with two homers, a triple, three doubles, nine RBI, three walks and eight runs scored as Cortland went 4-1 and earned its third straight trip to the NCAA Div. III World Series.
