Mary earned all-region honors with a 15th-place finish out of 304 runners at the NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country Atlantic Regionals in New Jersey. She finished the 6,000-meter course in 21:27.9, and her finish individually qualified her for the NCAA Division III Championship race on November 19 in Louisville, Kentucky.
