Nicolas was named the Most Outstanding Player at the NCAA Division III Baseball Regionals in Auburn. In Cortland's 6-2 victory over RPI in the championship game, Blanco allowed four hits, two walks and two unearned runs and struck out six batters. He improved his record to 5-1 on the season.
