The lone run he allowed came via an error, sac bunt, groundout and wild pitch. His no-hitter was the 19th in school history and just the third nine-inning no-no by a Red Dragon (Casey the following day vs. Canton recorded the 20th no-hitter overall and fourth nine-inning one).
