Jordyn Naylon begins her fourth season as an assistant coach for the Cortland cross country and track and field teams in 2019-20. She received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Cortland in 2013 and earned a master's degree in exercise science in 2018.

Naylon earned All-America honors in the Mile at the 2012 NCAA Div. III Indoor Championships. She was also an all-region runner with top-35 finishes at both the 2011 and 2012 NCAA Division III Cross Country Atlantic Regionals, and was a league champion in the mile at the 2012 SUNYAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

In 2012, Naylon was inducted into the SUNYAC Cross Country Hall of Fame. She qualified for and participated at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships three straight years from 2010-12 and the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships in 2013.

Naylon was a volunteer coach for the Oswego High School Indoor Track Team in 2015 and is also a mentor coach at the High Peaks Distance Running Camp in Lake Placid. A native of Rochester, Naylon graduated in 2009 from Fairport High School, where she was a member of the basketball, cross country and track and field teams.
