Nikki DiFilippo finished her second season as an assistant coach with the Cortland men’s and women’s swimming and diving programs in 2019-20. Prior to Cortland, DiFilippo served as an assistant coach at Union College in Schenectady, N.Y.
A 2017 graduate of SUNY Oneonta with a bachelor’s degree in anthropology, DiFilippo was a four-year member of the Red Dragon swimming and diving team. She was named to the SUNYAC All-Academic team twice, earned second team All-SUNYAC honors in the 100-yard breaststroke and received the team’s Most Valuable Player Award as a junior.
A native of Danville, Pa., DiFilippo was a team captain and qualified for the state meet as a senior at Danville High School, where she graduated in 2013.
