Molly McCulloch completed her second season as an assistant coach for the Cortland men’s and women’s swimming and diving programs in 2019-20. Prior to Cortland, McCulloch served as a coach with the Hawks Swimming Association in New Paltz, N.Y.
McCulloch, who earned a bachelor’s degree in communication disorders from SUNY New Paltz, was a four-year member of the Hawks’ swimming and diving team. She was named Rookie of the Year, broke the SUNYAC championship meet record in the 100-yard butterfly and swam an NCAA Div. III “B” cut time in the same event as a freshman. McCulloch still holds the school record for the 100 fly.
A native of Rome, N.Y., McCulloch is a 2014 graduate of Holland Patent High School, where she was a six-year member of the swim team. McColluch qualified for the 2013 state meet in the 100 fly and the 50-yard freestyle and, upon graduation, she held seven school records.
