ITHACA, N.Y. - Junior Sarah Kimball (Liverpool) and junior Keri Laviska (Binghamton/Susquehanna Valley) tied for sixth place in the pole vault to lead Cortland's finishes at the Cornell Invitational.

Kimball and Laviska both cleared ECAC-qualifying heights of 10' 4". Sophomore Kristen Serikstad (Oyster Bay) finished seventh in the high jump (5' 1") and freshman Valerie Winberry (Bay Shore) placed 10th in the shot put (33' 1").

Four Red Dragons finished 11th in their events - freshman Barbara Green (Levittown/Division Avenue) in the 800 meters (2:30.49), junior Elizabeth Wolff (Syracuse/Henninger) in the 1,000 meters (3:26.14), senior Johanna Roth (Lagrangeville/Millbrook) in the 3,000 meters (11:28.17) and sophomore Valerie Reynolds (Liverpool) in the high jump (4' 11").
