Stephenie Bintz was one of two Cortland first-place finishers at the meet with her victory in the 200-yard backstroke
TROY, N.Y. – The Cortland women's swimming and diving team finished first out of six schools to earn its third consecutive title at the RPI Invitational. The Red Dragons finished with a score of 563 points, followed by New Paltz (488), RPI (402), Oneonta (304), William Smith (250) and Skidmore (238).
The meet was also scored as duals between each of the competing schools. Cortland won all five by scores of 116-107 over New Paltz, 134-106 versus RPI, 179-53 versus Skidmore, 175-65 against Oneonta and 175-59 against William Smith to improve its dual record to 9-2 on the season.
