ITHACA, N.Y. – Sophomore Danielle McCarthy (Johnson City) finished seventh on the three-meter board and senior Jeannine McNamara (Williamsville/Williamsville East) placed eighth on the one-meter board to highlight Cortland's finishes at the Ithaca College Diving Invitational.

McCarthy scored 320.45 points in an 11-dive format in the three-meter competition to finish seventh out of 15 divers. She also placed ninth out of 18 divers on the one-meter board with 310.60 points.

McNamara posted a score of 316.60 points for her eighth-place effort in the one-meter competition. She was also 10th on the three-meter board with 289.75 points.

Junior Lauryn Kaznowski (Kingston) also competed in both events. She finished 11th on the one-meter board (298.70) and 12th on the three-meter board (277.20).

Fredonia's Kelly Sponholz won both events with scores of 481.75 (three-meter) and 452.25 (one-meter).
