PRINCETON, N.J. – Freshman
Jordyn Naylon (Fairport) and freshman
Alana Hotchkiss (Cicero/Cicero-North Syracuse) each finished in the top 10 of their events at the Sam Howell Invitational, hosted by Division I Princeton University.
Naylon finished eighth in the 1,500 meters in 4:54.30 and Hotchkiss was ninth in the triple jump at 10.68 meters (35' 0.5”).
Six other Red Dragons earned top-15 showings against a field that included a number of Division I and II schools. Freshman
Katie Darling (Delhi/Delaware Academy) had two of those finishes with a 12th-place time of 16.07 seconds in the 100-meter hurdles and a tie for 13th in the long jump at 4.96 meters (16' 3.25”).

Christi Nassauer (Mount Sinai) finished 11th in the pole vault (2.95 meters – 9' 8”) and freshman
Nikki Schafer (Troy/Columbia) was 11th in the 100-meter hurdles (16.05). Junior
Erin Keaveney (West Hempstead/Kellenberg Memorial) placed 12th in the 1,500 meters (5:00.20) and freshman
Alexis Fairbanks (Apalachin/Owego Free Academy) was 15th in the 800 meters (2:18.80).
