PHILADELPHIA, PA. - Junior Alyson Dalton (Sherrill/Vernon-Verona-Sherrill) and senior Kristin Vespa (Ossining) represented Cortland in the 10,000-meter run at the Penn Relays.

Dalton finished 23rd out of 33 runners, including a number of Div. I and II athletes, with a time of 37:05.19. The performance is an NCAA Div. III provisional qualifier, although Dalton posted a faster time at Bucknell earlier in the month. Vespa finished in 30th place in 38:52.30, an ECAC Div. III Championship qualifier.

Hollie Knight from Auburn University won the race in 34:10.98.
