Three Red Dragon Women in Top Eight Twice at Monmouth Meet

Amanda Moore finished third in the 200-meter dash and fourth in the 100-meter dash
WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. – Junior Taylor Hudson (Victor), freshman Amanda Moore (Massapequa) and senior Sarah Bonnell (Norwich) each earned two top-eight finishes as the Cortland women's track and field team began its outdoor season at the Monmouth University Season Opener meet.

Hudson finished fifth in the high jump with an ECAC-qualifying height of 1.60 meters and placed seventh in the 100-meter hurdles at 16.62 seconds. Moore finished third in the 200-meter dash (26.79) and fourth in the 100-meter dash (12.97), while Bonnell was fifth in the 200 meters (27.10) and eighth in the 100 meters (13.10).

Also for the Red Dragons, sophomore Michelyn Little (Voorheesville/Clayton A. Bouton) finished fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (12:22.73) and the 4x100-meter relay finished third with an ECAC-qualifying time of 49.68 seconds.
