Colleen Fischman (158) was one of three Cortland ECAC qualifiers in the 5,000 meters
PRINCETON, N.J. – Cortland athletes posted ECAC qualifying showings in nine individual events and one relay at the non-team scoring Princeton University Sam Howell Women's Outdoor Track and Field Invitational Friday and Saturday. Numerous Division I schools competed at the meet.
Junior
Taylor Hudson (Victor) finished eighth in the high jump at 1.60 meters (5' 3") and 19th in the 100-meter hurdles in 15.55 seconds. She was one of six in the high jump at 1.60 meters tied for fifth place, but finished eighth officially due to number of misses.
Senior
Sarah Bonnell (Norwich) placed eighth of 23 in the long jump at 5.33 meters (17' 6") and senior
Kelly Hugo (Highland) tied for 12th in the pole vault at 3.30 meters (10' 10"). Sophomore
Kailyn Balzano (East Greenbush/Columbia) finished 27th of 72 in the 800 meters in 2:18.57.
Senior
Lisa Bodratti (Valatie/Ichabod Crane) was 23rd in the 100-meter hurdles in 15.75 seconds. Cortland also had three ECAC qualifiers in the 5,000 meters – junior
Ameena Dye (DeWitt/Jamesville-DeWitt) in 35th place (17:57.94), sophomore
Kayla Blomback (Orchard Park) in 40th place (18:15.11) and senior
Colleen Fischman (Orchard Park/Hamburg) in 44th place (18:25.24).
In the 4x100-meter relay, freshman

Dana Kupiec (Salem), senior
Africa Harper (Bronx/John F. Kennedy) and Bonnell finished ninth with an ECAC time of 49.41 seconds. Kupiec placed in the top half of the field in the 400 meters in 59.80 seconds but missed ECAC standards by three tenths of a second.
