DELAWARE, OHIO – Melique Garcia (Watervliet) finished 10th out of 20 sprinters in the 100-meter dash preliminaries at the NCAA Div. III Men's Outdoor Track and Field Championships, hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University.

Garcia finished in 10.76 seconds. The last of the eight qualifiers for Saturday's finals posted a time of 10.69 seconds.

Cortland completes competition on Saturday when Glen Forsythe (Uniondale) participates in the triple jump at noon.
