POTSDAM, N.Y. – The Cortland men's hockey team scored three second-period goals and held on for a 3-2 win at Potsdam in SUNYAC action Saturday night. With the win, the Red Dragons improved to 3-4 overall and 2-3 in the conference. The Bears fell to 2-4-2 and 1-4-1.
Sophomore
Mike Crowley (Buffalo/Springfield Blues) led Cortland with three points on one goal and two assists. Junior
Tommy Nolan (Mahopac/Connecticut Oilers) tallied one goal and one assist, and freshman
Stefano Alonzi (Maple, ON/Burlington Cougars) scored his first career goal.

Tyler Young, Vinny Caligiuri and Vinny Guimond each netted a goal for Potsdam. Jake Butler, Bryce Ferrell and Dylan Vander Esch notched one assist apiece. Goalie Brendan McMenimen turned aside 24 shots.
