SHENANDOAH, TEXAS - Senior diver Lee Wade (Holtsville/Sachem East) finished in 24th place on the 1-meter board at the NCAA Division III Men's Swimming and Diving Championships Thursday at the Conroe ISD Natatorium.
Wade finished with a 1-meter score of 344.80 points. He will return to action on the 3-meter board Saturday.
Wade is making his first appearance at the NCAA championships. He was a regional qualifier for the second straight year, and he was one of six divers to qualify for nationals from the Region Four championships last month.
