BROCKPORT, N.Y. – Jordan Renaud scored with four-tenths of a second remaining in regulation as the Brockport men's hockey team defeated Cortland, 2-1, Saturday afternoon in SUNYAC play. The Red Dragons dropped to 2-5 overall and 1-4 in the conference, while the Golden Eagles improved to 4-2 overall and in the league.

Logan Blaser (Aurora, ON/Brockville Braves) scored his third goal of the season for Cortland with junior
Tommy Ritchie (Spencerport/New York PAL Islanders) assisting. Freshman goalie
Luca Durante (Brampton, ON/Aurora Tigers) turned aside 25 shots.
Trevor Pray also netted a goal for Brockport. Corey Tam, Danny Rock, Connor Hutchins and Ryan Romeo each collected an assist. Goalie Matt Schneider made 16 saves.
Pray gave the Golden Eagles a 1-0 lead at 16:56 of the first period before Blaser's short-handed goal at (;09 of the second period tied the game at 1-1. When it looked like the team's were headed to overtime, Renaud scored his third goal of the season just before the final horn to give Brockport the win.
