TROY, N.Y. - The Cortland men's swimming and diving team earned a fourth-place finish at the RPI Kumpf Invitational. The College of New Jersey won the title with 584 points, followed by RPI (571), Ithaca (506), Cortland (308) and Skidmore (193).

In the dual scoring at the meet, Cortland went 1-3 with a win over Skidmore (158-71) and losses to TCNJ (188-43), Ithaca (176-65) and RPI (184-57).

Hunter Bernhardt (Groton) earned two fourth-place finishes to lead the Red Dragons. He posted times of 10:08.83 in the 1,000-yard freestyle and 4:55.70 in the 500-yard freestyle.

Tim Rokos (Duanesburg) notched a sixth-place finish in the 200-yard individual medley (2:03.80) and an eighth-place finish in the 200-yard backstroke (2:03.89).
Nick Galeto (West Islip) placed sixth in the 200-yard backstroke (2:01.26) and
Aiden Poli (Cortland/Home schooled) was seventh in the 50-yard freestyle (22.64)

In addition,
Pat Conway (Wantagh/Kellenberg Memorial) registered two top-seven showings in diving events. He was sixth on the 1-meter board (194.45 points) and seventh on the 3-meter board (221.10 points).

Cortland will host Le Moyne in a dual on Saturday, Jan. 25, at 1 p.m. on Senior Day in the Red Dragons' final home meet of the season.
