GENESEO, N.Y. – The nationally third-ranked Geneseo men's hockey team jumped out to a 4-0 lead after one period and went on to a 7-1 victory versus Cortland Saturday night in SUNYAC action. The Red Dragons dropped to 10-9-1 overall and 5-8 in the conference with the setback. The Knights improved to 16-3-2 and 9-1-2.

Andrew Romano led Geneseo with two goals and one assist. Kyle Hartman recorded one goal and one assist, and Tyson Empey, Carson Kelley, Tyson Gilmour and Teddy McCabe each netted a goal. Conlan Keenan registered three assists, Dan Bosio collected two assists, and seven others chipped in with one assist each. Goalie Aaron MacKay made 18 saves.
