BUFFALO, N.Y. – Nine different players scored goals as the Cortland women's hockey team skated to a 14-0 victory at Hilbert College Tuesday afternoon in non-conference play. The Red Dragons improved to 9-3 and tied a program record for goals in a game, lst accomplished in a 14-0 win at Chatham on Feb. 11, 2005. The Hawks dropped to 0-10.

Freshman Hayley Hunter (Pulaski/NAHA) led Cortland with three goals. Senior Dany Donegan (Cicero/Syracuse Nationals), junior Jillian Hlasnick (Olean/Niagara Jr. Purple Eagles) and sophomore Mia Hlasnick (Olean/Niagara Jr. Purple Eagles) each recorded two goals and an assist.

Freshman Kayla Persinger (Youngstown/Newark Ironbound) and sophomore Natalie O'Brien (Buffalo/Niagara Jr. Purple Eagles) tallied a goal and two assists, and graduate student Jayden Kelley (East Berne/CP Dynamo) contributed a goal and an assist. Graduate student Amanda Gaffney (Williamsville/Amherst Knights) and freshman Fanny Aneborn (Linkoping, Sweden/Lulea HF Sweden) each added goals.

Junior Mikayla Cipullo (Clayton/Cornwall Typhoons) recorded four assists, senior Monica Cahill (Oswego/Lysander Lightning), junior Kait Bourgeois (Cobden, ON/Ottawa Thunder) and freshman Morgan Raymond (Kirkwood/Syracuse Valley Eagles) each picked up two assists, while five others chipped in with one assist.

Junior goalie Anna Hamid (Mineola/New Jersey Colonials) only needed to stop six shots to post the shutout for the Red Dragons. Goalie Tia Card registered 53 saves for the Hawks.
