Coach's Corner - Comments from Cortland Head Coach Sulekha Modi Zaug:
There were some great highlights today and some slight silly mistakes that cost us the meet. The girls know how close they are to breaking team and uneven bar records and I believe they were searching for perfection and put a lot of pressure on themselves. The goal as we head towards the final meet of regular season is to compete how they practice, focus on relaxing and remembering their mental cues on every skill. Everything counts at this point for the new qualification process to Nationals and our goal is top 2 at Regionals so we can qualify as a team. Congratulations to our event winners and top scorers of the day!
