GENEVA, N.Y. – Cortland finished first in three events at the Hobart/William Smith Diving Invitational on Sunday.
Megan McLaughlin (Avon) won the women's 1-meter competition with an 11-dive score of 371.65 points.
Alyssa Haberlack (Long Beach) finished second with 361.80 points and
Samantha Matthes (Saint James/Smithtown East) placed third with 361.10 points.
In the women's 3-meter event, Haberlack took top honors with an 11-dive score of 396.75 points. Matthes came in second with 378.55 points and McLaughlin was third with 373.80 points.
For the men,
Kevin Kohlhoff (West Islip) was the 1-meter winner, scoring 469.90 points over 11 dives.
Alex Hilldale (Binghamton/Chenango Valley) finished third with 373.05 points. The Red Dragons did not have any competitors in the men's 3-meter event.
