Three Cortland Players Named to D3football.com All-America Team

Three members of the 2025 SUNY Cortland football team have been selected as All-Americans by the national website D3football.com. Junior cornerback Nazair Jean-Lubin (Freeport) was named to the All-America first team, senior linebacker Aden Wiser (Highland) was a third-team honoree, and senior offensive guard Aidan Glynn (Miller Place) was chosen to the fourth team.

Jean-Lubin is a repeat selection to the D3football.com All-America team; he was a third-team honoree in 2024. He's been named to two All-America teams this fall as he previously was an Associated Press Division III third-team selection. Jean-Lubin led Cortland this fall with four interceptions and 11 pass breakups in 11 games. He also registered 32 tackles, 22 solo, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. Jean-Lubin intercepted passes in wins over Union, Hartwick, St. John Fisher and Alfred State, and he had three pass breakups in a win over Utica. Through three seasons, he has nine career interceptions and 25 pass breakups.

Wiser earned his third All-America honor of the season; he also was an Associated Press first-team selection and an American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) second-team honoree. The Empire 8 Defensive Player of the Year, Wiser finished the season with 38 tackles, 26 solo, in 11 games. He led the Red Dragons with seven sacks and 9.5 total tackles for loss. Wiser also recorded seven quarterback hurries, an interception, two pass breakups and a forced fumble. He posted three sacks in a win at Morrisville, 2.5 sacks in Cortland's season opener versus Grove City, and a sack and forced fumble in a win over Utica.

Glynn started all 11 games at left guard for Cortland this fall. He was graded at 96 percent by the coaching staff and individually did not allow any sacks. Cortland averaged 36 points and 383.9 yards (210.5 rushing, 173.4 passing) of total offense per game.

Cortland finished the season 8-3 overall. The Red Dragons won their fifth straight Empire 8 title with a 7-0 record and made their fifth consecutive NCAA Division III playoff appearance, losing at Springfield in the opening round.
